Please send all commission requests after reading the FAQ below
studio@garrettfranzino.com mailHow much do you charge for commissions?
$10 per square inch. 3D printed materials are added to the cost if needed. Work smaller than 18″ x 24″ will be subject to additional framing and shipping fees. Otherwise, framing and shipping are included.
Does my commission need to be framed?
Heavy charcoal applications can smear very easily, even after applying high-quality fixative. Shipping in a frame is the best method to avoid damaging the work. I can accommodate home décor in frame selection.
Do you draw more than figurines?
I also accept portraits and figurative requests under specific conditions. In order to achieve the 3D effect seen in my work, reference photos must be taken with a single light source and a dark background. Consult a professional photographer if needed.
Do you accept NSFW commissions?
Absolutely. Your information will also be kept private when creating Patreon work-in-progress updates. For highly sensitive material, I also offer exclusive rights so that no image will be published online by my studio.
What if I have access to a 3D printer?
If you can provide the 3D model, please print with white filament. We will determine the best resolution to print based on the dimension of the commission. When shipping, it is safest to package each part individually rather than the fully assembled model.
What payment methods do you accept?
Personal and cashier checks are preferred based on the scale of the work. Once the commission is accepted, I request half up front plus material cost, then the rest once the work is completed.
Can I see the progress of my commission?
Yes, through both your email and my Patreon page via updates. Depending on the scale of the work requested, please allow 1-2 weeks for 3D print production before the drawing can begin.
How long do commissions take?
My drawing process is slow but precise. Depending the size and complexity of the source material, a small drawing can take up to two weeks, whereas a large-scale work can take upwards of two months.
